Educator Appraisal

The resource provides information about DLD to staff and supports them in delivering interventions. I liked that it provided specialist support and helped staff deliver interventions. I didn't like that the bubble segregates pupils from their peers which can reduce inclusion, it is also resource intensive as well as potentially leading to an overdependence on the resource.

Evidence Rating

DLD bubble was developed based on research collated by RADLD and NAPLIC. Whilst it is evidence-based, we could not find any evidence of its implementation.
